A wonderful villa, located in Uvala Potrina "Nova" only few meters from the sea. This fantastic and modern house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchen. There is also a big BBQ with a lounge. Three bedrooms have double bed, while the fourth room has two single beds. This nice villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The guests can use the nice outdoor pool located in the garden. The house has all amenities, necessary for pleasant staying. If you coming on vacation with family or friends you will definitely enjoy in this nice villa.

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 61 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 25% of the total price of the rent.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.

An amazing place. Exactly as described. Just by the sea, clean, neat and well equipped. The Villa haw been constructed to high specs and you will need to believe your eyes when you are told its 8 yrs old.

But all that aside, what absolutely floored was Alex. He is just the best host we have ever had - kind, funny, considerate and everything good blended in the right measure. Even if he had put me in a hut I would given him 5 stars. No wonder he has just won the best Property Agent in Korcula award and we are so honoured to have been hosted by him on that very day. See you again soon, Alex !! |

Unsere Kinder haben es genossen! Das Haus liegt nah am Wasser, es ist ruhig und so gut wie kein Verkehr was für unsere Kinder wichtig ist. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Es hat einfach alles geklappt.
