From the booking date until 61 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 25% of the total price of the rent.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.

Perfect quiet place, beautifull views and great sunrise. Excelent sea. The service was great and the accommondation was superb equipped. There was also a nice welcome package with perfect local specialities. Unique place for our small wedding.
